Today on a brand new episode of Let There Be Talk by guest is the incredible Byron Katie. Byron was 43 with three children and unhappily married to her second husband. She suffered from depression, agoraphobia, overeating and addiction to codeine and alcohol. She called her insurance company for help, and was referred to Hope House in Los Angeles a women's counseling center. After two weeks at the house, she reportedly experienced an epiphany in her thinking which created a way for her to challenge and lessen the harmful effects of long-held beliefs. She credited the epiphany, which became known as "The Work" for a subsequent weight loss and other reductions in bad habits. Byron has helped so many people in this world and maybe she can help you. I hope you guys enjoy this episode I know it's a little different from what you are used to but I feel it's important to constantly keep the show growing in all directions. Candles Lit my friends DDR

Today I sit down with my new friend Christian James Hand host of the popular show The Session. Christian takes your favorite song and breaks it down track by track like you have never heard before. You wanna hear an isolated track of Phil Rudd of AC/DC laying down the drums for Let There Be Rock no problem. How about an isolated track of Prince singing Purple Rain you got it. With 1000's of songs in his collection the possibilities are endless. You can hear this daily on his show on Instagram at @thesessioniglive Monday thru Friday 11am Pacific time. Sit back and get a taste of this mans Music Brain.
